For Ben, the core value of "Always be Innovating" resonates deeply. He believes that "motion creates emotion," and continuous innovation keeps him emotionally invested in his role. This drive for innovation fuels his passion for helping clients grow their businesses and realize their dreams.
Ben's journey in digital marketing began in Buffalo's local poetry community, leading him to Nairobi, Kenya, where he managed social media for Diaspora AI. His career has since spanned managing paid ads for national brands stocked in major retailers like Walmart, Kroger, and Rite Aid.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in creative writing from Medaille College and is Google Ads Search Certified. Ben is particularly skilled at simplifying complex ideas and data, making it easy to communicate the success or failure of marketing efforts. In addition to his role at ThreeSixty, Ben is deeply involved in the literary community. He serves as a teaching artist at the Just Buffalo Literary Center and is the flash fiction editor for Variety Pack, a literary magazine. He also runs the Caffe Aroma Poetry Open Mic, a platform for writers to share their work and connect with peers.
For Ben, the most enjoyable part of his career is helping clients grow their businesses and realize their dreams. His dedication to his work and community is evident in all he does.
