Daniel Fritz
President
Dan Fritz holds the core value of "All On One Team" closest to his heart. To Dan, this principle ensures that everyone, regardless of their role, is working towards the same objectives, fostering an environment where victories are celebrated together, setbacks are learned from, and continuous growth is achieved as one cohesive unit.
Dan’s professional journey began in the banking industry before he joined ThreeSixty in 2010. His bachelor’s degree in business administration and corporate finance from the University at Buffalo, combined with his work ethic and project management skills, made him a perfect fit for the fast-growing company. Dan was recruited by Joel and Matt, who he has known since high school, to take on the role of a dedicated project manager.
Dan’s professional philosophy is rooted in the concept of 'Extreme Ownership,' as championed by Jocko Willink. This philosophy emphasizes the importance of taking full responsibility for every aspect of his role and its impact on the team. Beyond ownership, Dan’s approach is centered on the success and continuous improvement of everyone around him. He strives daily to facilitate an environment where obstacles are removed, and each team member is empowered to perform at their highest level. His goal is not just to lead or manage, but to actively make everyone’s job easier, fostering a culture of growth, efficiency, and high performance.
Outside of work, Dan is a regular contributor to the Pendleton Food Bank and enjoys being a local handyman to neighbors and friends in his community. He believes that the best way to change the world is to start as close to home as possible and branch out from there. In his free time, Dan loves spending time with his family and enjoys hobbies like woodworking and gardening.
