Denise values the core principle of being responsive above all else. In a post-Covid society where daily interactions with colleagues have become rare, Denise emphasizes the importance of acknowledging emails, phone calls, or chats promptly to maintain strong communication and teamwork.
With a robust career spanning over 33 years, Denise has more than 21 years of experience in HR, finance, and operations. She holds a PHR Certification and a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing from Old Dominion University. Her professional journey also includes a decade with Marriott Hotels & Corporate in catering and IT services, and over ten years in IT consulting services specializing in HR and finance. Her expertise and dedication have earned her several Sales Manager Awards at Marriott and various employee recognition awards.
At ThreeSixty, Denise manages finance, human resources, IT, office administration, and overall office operations. She excels in areas such as HR benefits, recruitment, training, and finance management, including payroll and tax processing. For Denise, the most enjoyable part of her career are the employees because they become like family to her. She is an active member of the Chi Omega Alumni Group (Buffalo chapter) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Beyond her professional life, Denise enjoys yoga, golf, traveling, movies, TV, and music. She has been married for over 26 years and has two grown sons, Michael and Matthew. Her Shih Tzu, Harley, is a cherished member of the family. She takes pride in her historic home built in the 1840s on a 7-acre farm and is a direct descendant of the famous Hatfield family from the Hatfield-McCoy feud.
