This value resonates deeply with Jim's professional and personal philosophy, guiding his approach to both his work and interactions with clients.
Jim's marketing career began in 1982 at HSBC, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become vice president of direct marketing. His journey continued as he founded Manzella Marketing, where he and his team developed thousands of successful marketing campaigns aimed at generating positive returns on investment for their clients. In 2023, seeking a succession plan while ensuring Manzella Marketing's continued success, Jim joined forces with 360 PSG, leading to the formation of the unified ThreeSixty marketing agency.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in marketing from Canisius College and an MBA with an emphasis in marketing from the University at Buffalo. His expertise in interpersonal skills and leadership is evident in his dedication to creating a positive culture and leading by example. Jim is a recipient of the ECHO award at HSBC and prides himself in having owned the 7th largest ad agency in WNY for several years. He has also received the Caritas Award at St. Joseph Hospital.
Jim has been actively involved in various professional and community organizations, serving as President of the American Marketing Association Buffalo/Niagara Chapter, Chairman of the St. Joseph Hospital Foundation, and a Board Member for Catholic Health. He has chaired and participated in several fundraising committees for local hospitals and coached baseball and travel softball teams.
Jim is motivated to exceed customer expectations. He believes that every day provides an opportunity to improve and deliver exceptional service. Outside of work, Jim is an avid fitness enthusiast, often found in the gym, on a softball diamond, golf course, or bike trail. He is not one to sit on the sidelines.
