Scott Fierle
VP Sales & Revenue
Scott believes that being responsive is key to success. For Scott, customer service is paramount, and he ensures that every client's needs are met effectively. With a bachelor’s degree in science in business/marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Scott's career began as a sales correspondent for Consolidated Packaging Machinery. Over the next 25 years, he gained extensive experience in the commercial printing and mailing industry, founding two start-up companies, Prep, Inc. and United Graphics, and working in digital marketing and branding with the Hearst Corporation before joining ThreeSixty in 2014.
Scott manages sales and customer service operations at ThreeSixty, defining overarching sales strategies and nurturing his client base. His passion for long-term relationships and understanding clients' needs drives him to provide impactful solutions. Scott's enjoyment in meeting new people and learning about their businesses keeps him fascinated by the incredible things being made in Buffalo.
Scott's connection to ThreeSixty began with a long-standing relationship with Jim Manzella, who was a client for many years before hiring Scott. The opportunity to join Manzella Marketing and bring his expertise in digital marketing and sales was an exciting new challenge for Scott.
Outside of work, Scott is an avid golfer, traveler, and bourbon enthusiast. He enjoys following the Baltimore Orioles and Buffalo Bills, but most of all, he cherishes spending time with his family—his wife, Mimi, son, Michael, and daughter-in-law, Ellen, granddaughter Zoe, daughter, Sarah, and her husband Nate. Scott also contributes to his community through his involvement with the church council, finance committee, and as past president of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
